night at the parlor city pub in cedar rapids. police are looking for the man who robbed a bank. it happened at the du-trac community credit union on east fourteenth street in dubuque this morning. police say the suspect handed the teller a note and demanded money. according to our coverage partners at t-h media, he told the teller he had a gun. officers are now seaching for a man between five six and five nine....he has a dark brown or black goatee -- and was wearing a grey coat and hat -- with tan pants. a woman now faces charges for allegedly robbing an i-wireless store in wateloo. police say she walked in, threatened the clerk with a knife, and demanded money. cheryl wan- chanic now faces a first-degree robbery charge. mental health issues can actually increase during the holiday season. according to experts -- iowa is rated as one of the worst states in the nation when it comes to the number of mental health experts available for patients. kwwl's nikki newbrough joins us

iowa is in need of psychiatrists. and instead of having people wait for months to get the proper care, psychiatrists at black hawk-grundy mental health are turning to technology for help. it's called telehealth. the technology allows psychiatrists to work from home, even out of state, while seeing people right here in iowa. iowa is 47th in the nation of psychiatrists per population. to avoid people waiting six to eight months to see a professional, they're turning to the help of a camera, computer, and microphone. "when you got people who that's great, we can see a psychiatrist in four to six months to me that's bad service. we're tried to address that shortage in new and innovative ways." some patients may think it's strange at first, but i'm told it's becoming the
